Situation
An amusement park marketing firm needed attractive and durable outdoor signs for parks across the United States.

Solution
To meet the customer's need for a weather resistant sign and quick turnaround, DGI-Invisuals used the electrostatic printer with 3M™ Control Tac™ vinyl and laminate for the 8' x 4' "wayfinding" map. This was then mounted to 1/2" Armourply™ (plywoood substrate with a metal surface) which was recommended to maintain quality and provide longevity.
   The top and bottom advertisement panels were also output using the electrostatic printer. These prints were then coated with front and back laminate. A 1/4" lip of laminate provided weather resistance. These prints were installed behind permanent and protective plexiglas, which makes replacement of these signs inexpensive.
