Job Title: Manager of Customer Service and Sales Support
Job Description: I wear many hats in my position. From overseeing the talented folks in the customer service department, to focusing on improving our systems and work flow processes. I work on our marketing and email campaigns and I am the system administrator for our order processing software. I also get to work directly with our sales representatives as a project manager. I especially enjoy handling the larger projects that DGI-I is awarded.
Best Part of My Job: I enjoy the diversity my job offers--each day holds something different. But I have to say, the absolute best part of my job is the great group of people I work with.
Birthplace: Marlboro, MA
Working at DGI-Invisuals Since: January 1998
Interests and Hobbies: I enjoy fishing, boating, tennis, gardening, cooking, painting, photography and spending time with family.
Favorite Music: I like it all...but my favorites are: Jackson Browne, Bob Marley, the Specials, the Ramones, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Johnny Cash, Nick Drake, Les Négresses Vertes and Frank Sinatra. Favorite Movies: The Graduate, My Dinner with Andre, Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, Good Fellas, Dr. Zhivago, Being There
Favorite Food: Italian, Middle Eastern, Greek and Sushi....Then there are the desserts: pies, cakes, cookies.....hmm I guess you could say I like all food!
On Weekends You'll Find Me: Either working in my gardens and Christmas Tree farm, fishing off the coast of NH, or playing tennis.
Red Sox or Yankees? Red Sox for sure or I fear I'd get kicked out of my house!

Greetings!
It's not easy writing these introductory paragraphs to our monthly newsletters. I want to be interesting and not too self serving. What strikes me as I write this months introduction, is how proud I am to be part of the DGI-I team. Although our mission is not saving the world, we take what we do and how we do it very seriously. I feel you, our clients, reward us with an incredible amount of repeat business due to our passion and our extreme sense of urgency. We really love coming through for you on your projects. This month we've included some of the great comments and feedback you have recently given us. It is these comments that let us know we are making a difference in your visual communication campaigns. Thanks for letting us help you and for trusting us with your projects.
We wish you and yours a very great start to the 2009 holiday season..... Best regards, Larry Zimmerman Corporate Account Development Direct Line 781.565.4234 |
