DGI-INVISUALS NOW OFFERS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRINTING SOLUTIONS

DGI-I is committed to finding printing solutions that will meet the "green" demands of our
customers. Environmentally friendly products in the graphics industry is evolving, and finding the balance
between quality and eco-friendly materials can be challenging. DGI-I currently offers several products
which have been tested in our shop for color, durability, and quality. We are proud to be able to offer the
following solutions.
New banner vinyl answers the call for a biodegradable banner material.
DGI-I is now offering BIOflex™ banner material, which is a durable white, flexible 13oz banner material. It is tear and fade resistant and will withstand all types of weather conditions. DGI-I can stitch pole pockets, hem sides, add grommets and do custom finishing to this new green banner vinyl solution. The BIOflex™ material contains no toxic materials, and is derived from 80% sources other than petroleum. The time needed for BIOflex™ to vanish into a landfill is on the order of months, depending on thickness and quantity added. BIOflex™ has been engineered to be the first truly environmentally friendly, biodegradable PVC sign material. BIOflex™ has passed fire testing for the NY MEA:NFPA 701 and the CA Fire Marshall Title 19 test.

Another eco-friendly choice that DGI-I offers is a new line of material for our fabric banners. We now offer
Enviro-Tex fabrics, which are made with recycled yarns called Repreve®. These yarns are made of 100%
recycled materials. Repreve® meets the FTC guidelines for recycled products. It also conserves natural
resources by reducing energy consumption and conserves petroleum resources by offsetting the need to produce
virgin polyester. These fabrics offer consistent quality by adhering to first quality standards. This
fabric material is fire rated and can be stitched like any other banner materials with pole pockets, hems,
grommets and custom finishing. When your event, display, or showcase calls for a green solution, Enviro-Tex
answers the call.
In addition to banner solutions, DGI-I offers solutions for rigid graphics. The first product is Earthboard, which is a 50pt cardstock that is made up of 100% recycled paperboard (minimum of 35% PCW) - it is bright clay coated on the front and back and has a brown chip center. We print directly onto this material with our flatbed printer. This printing process does not emit VOC's into the environment; yet another step that DGI-I has taken to lead the way with environmentally friendly products.
